As far as “FINDING a Sasquatch” I would bet every dollar I have ever made most people that spend time in the woods have been observed by one. You don’t always get that feeling your being watched. My first encounter was like that until a 25-30 pound boulder landed next to me in a mountain trout stream 35 yards away from the bank. I didn’t know until the bolder was caught out of the corner of my eye coming in that landed a few feet from me impacting the bottom of the stream bed so hard that I felt it through my entire body. Didn’t notice it the second time either when a 8” log was thrown at me from a laurel thicket. You don’t always know they are there or smell them. They are very good at be unseen. Just sayin. I find it humorous that there are so many people that seem to think you have to be in some great big wooded area to run across these guys. They go "camping" in the "woods", beat up trees with bats, scream like fools.. all types of stupid shit the "TV" shows them. These creatures have been living right on the edges of our societies for millenia. They know us, they know our habits, they know we waste food, they are often times entertained by our stupid antics. They will watch TVs through windows but prefer to watch us. They skulk around our neighborhoods, our parks and our homes regularly. They have no problem eating that catfood you put out every night. They are not worried about being seen as 99 percent of people have their face buried in a damn phone 99 percent of the time, not looking one foot past the device in their hand. They are not stupid, they know us.. they have watched us for ages, they know us right down to the way our vision works and our field of view. I have seen them inside city limits, prowling around houses, raiding trashcans and dumpsters for food. I call it "dinner and a show". I know of areas where the weekend warriors go to "ride" their 4wheelers, they leave on sunday night and these guys come in and scavenge the food, beer and stuff they dropped all weekend. One thing they know how to do well is hide, they also know we see motion so they know how to be still, for long periods of time if needed. Most all of these "experts" have such a warped misunderstanding of them and how they are that they will never interact with one.. but tell you ALL about how to do it. sad really. I have laid eyes on one every 20 months or so for the last 47 years. I don't even try anymore. They are all around us, like it or not and if you have the sense to open your eyes, look and pay attention you will see them as well. OR.. you can keep listening to the "experts" on yootoob and the TV tell you how to beat up a tree. What IS strange is, they know... after a period of time if you have seen them, they know. They stop hiding and move freely often times giving a disgusted look your way because their tricks aren't working. It's reality... they are all around us, in the woods, in town anywhere there is a bit of something for them to hide in.

They are Forest People. They have families, language, culture, and abilities beyond what we have. Their eyes can emit its own light. I’ve heard many witness accounts of this happening, some in TOTAL darkness. There have been a few, but one witness I recall from Oregon had a face to face with one between McMinnville and the coast. He said he came upon a Forest Person in a campground next to a creek and it’s eye went from green to yellow to red. The most emergent one I saw in Idaho must have been 10-12 feet tall. I have also found 15 1/2” and 21” prints in soft substrate at my spot in the Mt. Hood National Forest. Even Ron Morehead said he saw one that was 15 foot tall. (He may not have said that in public).

Your 4 thousand total in U.S. isn't even close to one states numbers! I've seen almost 2 thousand in one county in PA. I'll go with a million in the United States! In Missouri our Conservation Areas are the best places to have an encounter. When you are alone, please do not get out of your vehicle and wander off into the woods by yourself. Not just because of a Sasquatch but other predators, snakes and falls. Be safe!

How come they don't talk about the African Continent? The cradle of humanity. There were several hominid branches at one time. And Apes.
